We each aspire to express adoration for something we sense is larger than ourselves, that Something or Someone, however persons see That, we are within. That inspires us to transcend ourselves in Love for the Wonderful Presence and one another. Blessings!
There is One who “gets” you...
Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

Paul Pearsall, in The Ten Laws of Lasting Love, tells of an important moment during his cancer treatments.
Any time a doctor came with news of my progress, my wife would join with me in a mutual embrace. The reports were seldom good during the early phases of my illness, and one day a doctor brought particularly frightening news. Gazing at his clipboard, he murmured, “It doesn't look like you're going to make it.
Before I could ask a question …, my wife stood up, handed me my robe, adjusted the tubes attached to my body and said, “Let's get out of here. This man is a risk to your health.” As she helped me struggle to the door, the doctor approached us. “Stay back,” demanded my wife. “Stay away from us.”
As we walked together down the hall, the doctor attempted to catch up with us. “Keep going,” said my wife, pushing the intravenous stand. “We're going to talk to someone who really knows what is going on.” Then she held up her hand to the doctor. “Don't come any closer to us.”
The two of us moved as one. We fled to the safety and hope of a doctor who did not confuse diagnosis with verdict. I could never have made that walk toward wellness alone.
We need one another... we, helping one another, heal and grow ... we, acting as brothers and sisters, learn together... we, together, become who we are...
